Summary of Exam

Exam requires you to cover three sections of the criteria:
1. Explanation/analysis/argument (20 marks)
2. Use of examples (20 marks)
3. Use of terminology (10 marks)

To gain full marks for explanation/analysis/argument you will need to:
1. Show an excellent understanding of the task
2. Show an excellent knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects used in the extract
3. Show an excellent discussion of the extracts representations
4. It has to be clearly relevant to the set question

To gain full marks for use of examples, you will need to:
1. Offer frequent textual analysis from the extract
2. The examples will need to be a full range from each technical area
3. The examples must be appropriate and clearly relevant to the set question

To gain full marks for use of terminology, the terminology must be relevant and accurate.
